Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using OnlineCheck you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, please uninstall the app and discontinue use of the website.

License

We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on Apple devices you control. The app is provided for personal network diagnostics.

Acceptable Use

Do not use OnlineCheck to disrupt networks or perform unauthorized testing. Commercial redistribution or reselling requires written permission.

Disclaimer

OnlineCheck is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Network readings are best-effort and may vary by carrier, device, or location.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the app or inability to access the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date.
